Since 1990, the IRAC performs research, training and technology transfer activities in Animal Production, and since 1997 to date teaches postgraduate courses on Bovine Reproduction. Since 2002, framed by an agreement with the FCA, UNC, the Specialization Program in Bovine Reproduction was launched. This institutional agreement will allow a merging academic experience and scientific and technological advances, with regional and national reality, promoting the training of Specialists in Bovine Reproduction with better integration into the workplace. Human Resources will be trained focusing the recovery of practical problems, integrating contributions from scientific knowledge. Therefore, the design of the Program includes theoretical knowledge, supported by different scientific fields and practical knowledge, deriving from action and development. This knowledge as a whole constitutes a complex and variable unit, which addresses reality from its different angles.

Goals
